"My son was always a little "behind" in his speech when he had his pediatric checks. When he was 3 years old, it became much more noticeable. He stuttered, had a very small vocabulary, and was difficult to understand, especially compared to other... children his age. He started to withdraw more and more, because people began to notice and comment on his speech. I searched for a therapist that was experienced, would work well with him, would promote consistency and that was affordable. Paige came highly recommended from my school's therapist (who had tested my son's speech) and my pediatrician. We have been attending speech therapy for nearly a year and the changes in my son are amazing. His self confidence has improved dramatically, he rarely stutters, and he is so much easier to understand. He is not as frustrated because he can now communicate his own needs. He loves going to speech therapy and he is the one reminding me that we need to do his homework. One of the best gauges I use to measure his progress is the few visits a year he is able to see his grandparents, who live out of state. They comment to me each time how much he is improving and the differences they are noticing. Paige is wonderful at communicating his progress, giving me ideas and tools I can use at home during the week to help him, and working with my schedule. I am very satisfied with the quality of therapy we are receiving and would recommend Paige to anyone looking to help their family members with their speech disabilities."

"My son's speech delay became more apparent as he grew closer to starting school. Keeping his interest in learning the alphabet, and phonics were a struggle. By kindergarten, social cues recognition, and auditory processing also became an... issue. We were introduced to Paige by a friend who was working as a special education teacher in the Alpine School District. Before meeting her in person, Paige took several minutes on the phone to discuss all of my questions. We have been clients since September 2007. My son is now 14 years-old and has made great progress. Weekly sessions with Paige made the transition to junior high a lot smoother. She has become sort of a counselor because he is so comfortable verbalizing his frustrations with her. Association with Paige has clearly improved my son's ability to be social, communicate, and to be aware of others in social settings; skills that come a bit slower for individuals who are on the Autism spectrum. Thanks Paige!"

"After spending a year with Kids On The Move and numerous months with the school speech therapist and seeing very little if any progress, I was very frustrated, discouraged and desperate when my neighbor gave me Paige's number. Not only... was I frustrated, but my son was frustrated that he could not communicate, resulting in screaming and tantrums. I was able to communicate with my son mostly through the sign language that we learned from watching DVD's. I was grateful for the careful testing and analyzing that Paige did on the first day...something nobody had ever even taken the time to do with my son, and the positive encouragement she gave me. I felt immediate encouragement after meeting with Paige and knew that we had found the right person. I was truly amazed at the progress I witnessed in my son, after only a brief time of meeting with her, and I could tell that my son was happy, trusted her, and considered her his friend. My son only spent approximately a year with Paige, from 3 1/2 to 4 1/2 and is talking perfectly! Not only is he talking perfectly, but he amazes me with his wonderful vocabulary that he learned from the time he spent with Paige. I will always be grateful for what Paige did for me and my son and I know that my son has many wonderful memories of meeting with her! I could not recommend anyone more highly than Paige! Thank you forever Paige!"

"I just wanted to share my son's experience working with Paige Crawley. When Liam was first tested though the "Kids on the Move" program, they diagnosed him with a significant speech delay. They estimated that he was only at the 3rd percentile for... speech at the time. He wasn't responding well to the general therapies that they were trying with him so we decided to seek help elsewhere. It was the best decision we could have made! Not only did Liam begin looking forward to every session because of the fun games that Paige had developed, but he begin making huge strides in his ability to speak. Paige was very helpful in explaining further things we could do at home to help him be even more successful. During the time we went to speech he went from not being able to say any words to finally being able to express himself well. After about a year in therapy he had completely caught up developmentally. It's a wonderful thing as a parent to see the amazing benefits that came through Paige's services. She has a real talent."
